The service required for putting together products or props that are sent to us in pieces.

### how it works

1. build a shoot + build a shotlist  
2. tell us your product needs assembly and estimate the required time to complete  
3. we'll initially charge for the given estimated time  
4. your product/props will be assembled before the shoot start time  
5. shoot day! join your creative crew live and have fun!  
6. your product/props will be disassembled for storage, discard, or return shipping  
7. assembly fees may be adjusted if the time was shorter or longer than the estimate (refund or remaining charges)

### what’s included:

- one person to assemble + disassemble  
- standard tools required such as scissors, tape, hammers, screwdrivers, etc

**what's NOT included:**

- styling of your product _(requires_ [**_styling_**](/content/pro-services/styling/index.html) _)  
- assembling puzzles (must be sent pre-assembled)  
- special tools or materials specific to your product

#### how do I share assembly instructions?

Please share your product assembly instructions via email to [hey@soona.co](http://hey@soona.co/) or ship them with your product and include an estimated amount of time to assemble AND disassemble in your email or instructions.

#### is there a maximum amount of time you spend assembling + disassembling?

There is no maximum hours for this service. Since we charge per hour, we can accommodate any amount of assembly needs for your shoot.

#### is styling included with assembly?

An additional [styling](/content/pro-services/styling/index.html) service is required to have your product styled in a lifestyle scene or with props during your shoot.
