# Building Relationships with Creators

Trend is all about forging meaningful connections between brands and creators. This leads to more authentic content, a positive experience, and greater returns.

One of the simplest ways to accomplish this is to take advantage of the messaging feature in the app. **A message thread is created with each account you approve**. This allows you to easily communicate with each creator if you want to let them know of anything. For instance, a delay in shipping or confirming they've read the campaign summary.

Even more importantly, **if creators have any questions or concerns, they will use the message thread to reach out**. We strongly encourage brands to check their messages at least every other day so they can answer any questions. This will help ensure a smooth, successful campaign by preventing miscommunication and shipping complications.

The message tab is also useful for simply staying in touch and forming a relationship with the creators. Over time, this can evolve into a recurring partnership and a true evangelist for your brand!
