# How do I cancel my booking?

soona bookings are good for one year from the creation date. _**Down payments are non-refundable.**_

We can put a hold on your booking until you are ready to use it in the future. Just send us an email at hey@soona.co and let us know you'd like to put it on hold.

_If you would like to move forward with canceling your booking, you will forfeit your deposit. Send us an email at hey@soona.co and let us know you'd like to move forward with canceling._
