How to provide feedback during your shoot

To get the best results, we recommend following these tips when providing feedback in the live chat:

• Be specific – Instead of saying “I don’t like this,” try “Can we try a different angle?” or “Let’s add more lighting.”

• Use reference images – If you have a vision in mind, sharing examples can help the crew match your style.

• Provide real-time reactions – The sooner you provide feedback, the quicker adjustments can be made.

• Stay engaged – Actively participate in the chat to ensure the session stays aligned with your expectations.

• Ask questions – Unsure about something? Your crew is there to help, so don’t hesitate to ask!

Finalizing your content:

At the end of your session, you’ll have the chance to review everything and select the photos and videos you’d like to purchase.
