How to request Amazon A+ infographics

This article explains how to submit requests and receive infographics for your brand’s Amazon A+ listing using your studio photo credits, the required submission form, and delivery expectations for final edits.

How it works — overview

Images you select from your photo gallery are used to create Amazon A+ infographics.
When you’re ready to request infographics, submit the provided Amazon A+ infographic request form. This can be found in the shot list tab of your soona booking.
Final edited images intended for Amazon listings are delivered with a pure white background and a crop ratio optimized for Amazon.

Step-by-step: Submit requests and receive infographics

Review your gallery and choose the images you want to use.
- If you purchased multiple photo packs, you have photo credits to order images. (Example: two Amazon A+ basic packs provide 16 photo credits.)
Order/download the images you paid for from your gallery.
Fill out the Amazon A+ infographic request form when you’re ready (form link can be found in the shot list tab of your booking).
The selected photos will be used to create your infographics.
Receive edited final assets:
- Final edits will include a pure white background
- Cropping will be optimized for Amazon listings.
