How to reschedule your shoot

We want to ensure your shoot time works for you and your team! If you received a time that does not work for you, please let us know by emailing hey@soona.co. Once we receive your email, we will do our best to accommodate a better time!

In the event that you need to reschedule, we require 2 business days notice. Any reschedules requested  under this timeline are subject to fees. See our full reschedule policy here.
