Arrive Outdoors is an outdoors brand that takes the hassle out of planning for a camping trip by delivering all your camping supplies to your door or destination. SUPER convenient and fun.
Challenge
Arrive Outdoors sought out soona to create five stop motions—some were informative to showcase its delivery process, while others were more fun to highlight the types of camping gear it ships.
The team didn’t have the resources in-house to execute this plan. “We were looking for quick video production that we could use on our social media and website,” says CEO and co-founder, Rachelle Snyder. So the team started exploring its options to find an outsourced partner to collaborate with.

Snyder’s search led her to discover soona. And while the Arrive Outdoors team wasn’t located nearby geographically, they took advantage of our virtual studio collaboration opportunities to create product videos that fit the brand’s vision.
“soona created five stop motion videos that turned out great!” says Snyder. “The videos featured products that we rent and demonstrated how the gear is set up.”

Arrive Outdoors takes a multi-channel approach, so it had plans to use the content in various places to maximize its investment. “We used our content on social media and our website. We will also include the content in email marketing,” says Snyder.
Outcome
All of the content met Arrive Outdoors’s expectations, but one video in particular stood out. “The unboxing video has been very powerful,” says Snyder. “This is an easy way to show customers and partners what they can expect when they rent with Arrive Outdoors.”
